Lanie Figueroa, LCSW is the CEO of I AM Worthy Therapy Services and Beautiful Struggle Inc. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, bringing over 15 years of experience to the mental health field. As a bilingual licensed clinical social worker, Ms. Figueroa is qualified to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders

Deeply committed to empowering women, she leads self-help mental health workshops and runs the I Am Worthy apparel line, promoting healing and self-worth. Her clinical work is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Ms. Figueroa is especially passionate about supporting trauma survivors and addressing the impact of generational trauma. She offers therapy and consultations in both English and Spanish.
